Salvation Army of Henderson in critical need of volunteer bell ringers

Christmas is approaching, and the Salvation Army of Henderson is in critical need of volunteer bell ringers. Money raised during the Red Kettle campaign helps it undertake its mission to help the needy and those affected by emergencies for much of the rest of the year.

If you and a friend, family member, co-worker or fellow church member can volunteer two or more hours to ring, kindly contact Salvation Army board member Wayne Jenkins at 270-826-8630. Normal shifts are 8-10 a.m., 10 a.m.-noon, noon-2 p.m., 2-4 p.m., 4-6 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
