Passports Now Available at Henderson County Public Library

Henderson, Ky. – The Henderson County Public Library is pleased to announce that it now offers passport services on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. The Henderson County Public Library is the first and only passport acceptance facility in Henderson County. Passport applications will be accepted by appointment only. U.S. citizens planning international travel can call the library at 270-826-3712 to schedule an appointment.

“Henderson County residents should not have to drive to Owensboro, Evansville, or Newburgh for a passport. By becoming a passport acceptance facility, the library has demonstrated its commitment to providing quality, relevant services to our community,” said Essy Day, Library Director.

For passport application forms, information on required documentation, fees, payment, and other international travel information, visit the U.S. Government’s official website for passport information – travel.state.gov.
