Kyndle Wage and Benefits Survey

In 2018, CEDIK (Community and Economic Development Initiative of Kentucky) at the University of Kentucky was contracted to conduct a wage and benefits survey for Kyndle, the Kentucky Network for Development, Leadership and Engagement. The purpose of the study was to better understand what type of benefits are provided in the region and what are some of the perceived issues with the labor supply. The survey was disseminated to existing industries within the region. Some of the key findings are highlighted below:
